Welcome to the 2026 Angel Ministry Christmas Registration

2026 Meade County Angel Ministry Registration

This registration is for Meade County families experiencing financial hardship who need assistance providing Christmas gifts for their children.

To register, you must be the child’s custodial parent, legal guardian, or court-appointed guardian. Documentation will be required and verified as part of the registration process. Families must also demonstrate a financial need to qualify for assistance.

Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes to complete the registration. Take your time and answer every question as accurately and completely as possible. You will not be able to change your responses after submitting the form.

After reviewing your information, select Submit. A confirmation page featuring a waving Santa will appear when your registration has been successfully submitted.

Please read the statements at the bottom of this page carefully before continuing. You must agree to these statements to proceed with registration.

New for 2026: Clothing Needs

You will be asked whether each child needs clothing.

  • If clothing is not needed, select “No” and continue to the child’s wish-list items.
  • If clothing is needed, select “Yes,” provide the child’s clothing sizes and specific needs, and then continue to the wish-list items.

Selecting “No” for clothing will not affect the assistance your child receives. Every child will receive the same care and consideration, regardless of whether clothing is requested.

I understand that I cannot to sign up with any other Christmas assistance programs. If I do, the Meade County Angel Ministry reserves the right to not fulfill my request.
